How long does my order take to ship?

When you order a product that is available off of the website, it will be shipped within five business days. We know you are excited to receive your product, so we make every effort to ship the same day or following business day of your order. If you have placed a custom order, that order will be produced in the order that it was received and will depend on availability of materials. As soon as you have placed your custom order, you will be given an approximate date your items will be finished and shipped. Communication will be kept keeping you up to date on all aspects of your order.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We do not have international shipping figured in. We will however be happy to ship internationally for an additional fee.

What is your return policy? 

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We take the production of your item very seriously and want to make you part of our family, so you are confident turning to us for all of your needs. If you are unsatisfied in any way, contact us so we can find a fix or refund your purchase entirely.
